Position Title: Lecturer – Master of Project Management (MPM)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality postgraduate teaching in Project Management using modern, student-centered, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approaches. 
Prepare course syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, examinations, and assessment tools in accordance with university standards. 
Supervise master's theses, research projects, and provide academic advising and mentorship to students. 
Evaluate student performance, maintain accurate academic records, and provide timely feedback. 
Contribute to curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with industry needs and international best practices. 
Conduct scholarly research and publish in reputable academic journals. 
Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, quality assurance, accreditation, and other university activities. 
Foster collaboration with industry and professional organizations to strengthen the practical relevance of the program. 
Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the University in support of the Master of Project Management Program.
Qualifications
Master's degree (minimum) or PhD (preferred) in Project Management or a related field. 
At least 3 years of university teaching or relevant professional experience. 
Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies (PMBOK®, Agile, PRINCE2®, etc.). 
Excellent communication and teaching skills. 
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®) and research publications are an advantage.
