The Bakhtar Innovation and Incubation Research Center (BIIRC) was established as a Special Purpose Vehicle to promote entrepreneurship and nurture tech start-ups. It manages a business incubator that supports technology-based entrepreneurship from "Start to scale" and makes it easier for research activities to be turned into entrepreneurial endeavors.
